This company is looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team in Dallas, TX! Required Skills And Experiences
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 8.0, with a strong grasp of object-oriented design principles.
  • Extensive experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Solid understanding of database management using SQL Server and ORM tools like Entity Framework.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and containerization tools like Docker.
  • A minimum of 8 years in full-stack development, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception through deployment, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of optimizing code and enhancing application efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including mentoring junior developers and guiding technical decisions.
  • Adaptability to evolving technologies and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
Nice To Have
  • Experience with financial systems or prior work in consulting or restructuring environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture patterns and scalable cloud-native applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools for data visualization and analytics.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or similar.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices in web and cloud applications.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Design and develop full-stack web applications using .NET Core, C#, JavaScript (e.g., React or Angular), and SQL Server to meet client and internal business needs.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business consultants, data analysts, and project managers to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality coding standards.
  • Integrate cloud services (e.g., Azure) and implement CI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployment and maintenance.
  • Continuously improve systems and processes, identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending optimizations.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication across stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
