Job Description

Our client, which is a large tier dental organization, is currently looking for a Telecom Systems Admin to join their team. This is a company that builds out the largest dental support platforms – basically allows users to find dentist and orthodontists. They are partnered with practices all across the nation.

Right now, they are looking for an engineer who is skilled with VoIP and Windows technologies. Ideally, trying to find someone who understands tools like G12 Communications, Talk Desk (huge plus), along with O365, Active Directory, and PowerShell for scripting. This is a small team, so this role will be wearing a multitude of different hats – handling call flow and routing to enhancing/administrating their systems.

This is a contract-to-hire role. It’ll be hybrid 3-4 days onsite in north Dallas. Pay rate will be between $40-50/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of Systems/Telecom experience
  • Strong understanding of Windows servers
  • Prior experience with Talk Desk, G12, Contact Center, etc.
  • Solid exposure to Active Director, Group Policies, O365, and/or PowerShell.
  • Ability to work fast-paced environment.
The Offer
