A leading Dental company is looking for a Data Engineer for their Addison, TX office. They are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Azure, ADF, PowerBI, SQL, SSIS, and ETL processing to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines that will support the company’s reporting and analytics needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and clinical staff, to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Your key responsibilities will include developing and optimizing PowerBI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and providing critical support in data management, analysis, and visualization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling, with the ability to translate complex data into simple, impactful reports that drive decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ year of Data Engineering experience within the healthcare industry
  • Experience with Azure cloud
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory
  • Expderience with SQL – Querying, coding, stored procedures
  • Experience with PowerBI reporting
  • Experience with SSIS
  • Strong understanding and familiarity with HIPPA – PHI, PPI
  • Experience with ETL processing/building pipelines from scratch
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with API’s
  • Candidates with strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement is highly preferred
