Database Administrator | Hybrid Denton, Tx

We are a leading commercial real estate company specializing in buying, selling, developing, and managing properties. As part of our continued growth and technology modernization, we are undertaking a major transformation of our legacy systems into modern, scalable platforms.

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to play a critical role in migrating legacy databases into new systems and architectures. This is a hands-on build-and-migrate role, not a traditional “keep-the-lights-on” DBA position. The ideal candidate has strong experience designing, scripting, and executing database migrations, with a focus on Azure SQL environments.

Location
This will be a hybrid position reporting in office 3x a week in Denton, Tx

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Azure SQL
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts
• Lead and execute the migration of legacy databases to modern database platforms

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for database deployments
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar ETL tools
•  Experience supporting enterprise systems in finance, real estate, or asset management
