In addition to serving businesses, they offer urgent care services to the general public and place a strong emphasis on physical therapy for rehabilitation. Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, production support, or operational support.
  • Proficiency in at least one .NET language, such as C# or Visual Basic .NET.
  • Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Expertise in interacting with RESTful APIs and working with formats like JSON and XML.
  • Strong skills in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with large-scale, multi-site IS operations.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft or Java productivity applications.
  • Experience with browser-based technologies.
  • Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
  • Preferred experience with Azure Functions and Azure web applications.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Collaborate with end users and Information Services teams to establish project criteria and ensure comprehensive testing of developed solutions.
  • Assist in the design and development of database schemas.
  • Lead the development of small applications with minimal supervision, following Information System standards and methodologies.
  • Provide technical mentoring to junior developers and address help desk tickets related to development issues.
  • Develop reports as requested using various report-writing tools across applications, ensuring management is informed of critical or unresolved issues.
  • Regularly review outstanding issues to ensure effective troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Identify and recommend updates or new policies and procedures, especially in light of future business expansion.
  • Participate in relevant information-sharing activities and monitor and report on security violations related to unauthorized access to corporate data.
  • Ensure timely and efficient problem resolution, stay informed about evolving technology, and recommend cost-effective techniques.
  • Create, maintain, and update disaster recovery procedures in response to changes in hardware or applications, ensuring compliance with change management policies.
  • Continuously pursue knowledge of new software development technologies and environments.
