Senior Agentic AI Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Agentic AI Engineer to join an Agentic AI team building enterprise-grade conversational AI and autonomous agent systems. You will design, build, evaluate, and scale AI agents and workflows using modern agentic frameworks, working across front end, back end, and cloud infrastructure.
This is a remote role with periodic travel, once a month, to a U.S.-based corporate headquarters.
What You’ll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end AI agents (tasks, tools, memory, planning, guardrails)
• Build agentic workflows using modern frameworks (e.g., LangChain, agent SDKs)
• Develop eval-first AI systems with automated metrics for quality, safety, and performance
• Architect scalable, secure, multi-tenant systems across APIs, queues, caching, and observability
• Collaborate cross-functionally and clearly communicate technical decisions
• Leverage AI coding assistants while maintaining enterprise-grade standards
• Support releases, monitoring, and production operations
• Develop and maintain AI evaluation frameworks, including offline and online evals, metrics, and KPIs to measure agent quality, safety, reliability, and business impact

What You Bring

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in ML Engineering/Data Science, including 2+ years in Generative AI and LLMs
• Strong Python and SQL skills with production experience
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, vector embeddings, and agentic architectures
• Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure), plus Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile teams
• Willingness to travel periodically for in-person collaboration
