The Digital Tax Solutions division is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to develop AI-powered tools designed to optimize tax workflows. In this position, you will partner with tax experts to create innovative solutions that meet essential business objectives.
Required Skills and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of practical experience with Python, .NET, C#, relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), API development, and Azure cloud platforms.
- 1-3 years of experience in designing and deploying technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects at once.
- Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models in live environments.
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).
- Certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud technologies.
- Exposure to front-end technologies (React, Angular, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in tax technology or financial sectors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze challenges, and define project goals.
- Architect and implement scalable AI-driven solutions leveraging machine learning, NLP, and data analytics.
- Write and maintain clean, efficient code using tools such as Python, Azure, and PostgreSQL.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the performance and accuracy of solutions.
- Work across departments, engaging with IT, tax specialists, and business units to integrate AI technologies seamlessly.
- Take part in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
