Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in software and application support, specifically with video platforms in a security environment.
- Expertise in Linux (Red Hat), Windows Server 2010, and IP camera technologies.
- Proficiency in networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.
- Experience troubleshooting cloud connectivity issues and integrating IoT devices.
- Ability to interface with external customers and partners to address technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with AI-driven video analytics and video management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory/Group Policy and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA) or cloud platforms are a plus.
- Previous experience in a Video Surveillance as a Service (VSaaS) environment.
