UX Product Designer

We are seeking a UX Product Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team at a design agency based in Dallas, TX. This role will focus on creating intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for clients in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in visual design, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate business needs into effective digital solutions. A solid portfolio showcasing your UX design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished designs, is required. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless and innovative approach to design challenges across various digital platforms. Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX and product design, including wireframes, artifacts, and low and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage contemporary and innovative design aesthetics
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience conducting and applying user research and usability testing insights.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first principles for web and native apps.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
