Here is a major chance for a HelpDesk Engineer to build out their technical chops with a growing Georgia Assembly/Manufacturing organization.
This Technican will streamline and build out their infrastructure systems through updating and troubleshooting issues as they occur.. Strong Windows and Networking knowledge must be matched by an ability to get to the heart of pain points and provide intuitive technical solutions. This team is being built out into something special in their Decatur office.
Required Skills & Experience- L1-L3 Helpdesk prowess
- Extensive Active Directory and Office365 experience
- Hands-on Networking troubleshooting experience
- WLAN/VLAN knowledge
- Cyber-Security familiarity/professional experience
- Stand-Out communication skills
- College/Technical Degree
Daily Responsibilities
- 80% Hands On
- 20% Client collaboration
