MSP Field Support Technician – Colorado Regional Travel / Remote

A fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) is looking for a Field Support Technician to provide onsite technical support across Colorado and nearby states. When not traveling, you'll work remotely from home. This is a full-time role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and hands-on technical work in the field.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in an MSP or IT services role

• Strong Windows desktop/server and networking experience

• Proficient with ConnectWise or similar RMM/PSA tools

• Comfortable with regional travel and onsite client support

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Office 365, Azure, or cloud tech exposure

• CompTIA or similar certifications

• Previous field or remote support experience
