They are seeking a skilled Business Systems Administrator to join their People Operations team. This individual will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining their HR and recruiting systems (iCIMS, UKG, Workday) to support a dynamic and growing global workforce. This is a high-impact role that bridges HR, IT, and business operations.
Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field—or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience administering and supporting HRIS and ATS systems
- Hands-on experience with iCIMS is required
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruiting processes, and system best practices
- Experience with system configuration, deployment, testing, and integration
- Proficiency in building custom reports and dashboards; SQL experience is a plus
- Familiarity with compliance, data privacy, and security protocols related to HR systems
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
- Experience in training delivery and change management
- HRIS/ATS certifications (e.g., iCIMS, Workday, UKG Pro) are a plus
- Configure, maintain, and enhance HRIS and ATS platforms (iCIMS required; UKG, Workday a plus) to align with business needs and improve user experience
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to HR and recruiting workflows
- Analyze current HR and recruiting processes; recommend and implement automation and optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including SOPs, configuration logs, and training materials
- Partner with HR and talent acquisition teams to gather requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions
- Design and deliver custom dashboards and reports to support data-driven insights and executive decision-making
- Administer system access, permissions, and data integrity controls in accordance with compliance and security standards
- Serve as a technical expert, providing end-user support and troubleshooting for HRIS and ATS tools
- Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless system integrations and API connectivity
- Liaise with vendors to manage service requests, enhancements, and escalations
- Lead training initiatives and user adoption strategies related to system updates and new features
