Our Fortune 500 Lifesciences client is seeking an HR Representative for a long term contract opportunity. This role is onsite in Draper, UT.

Location: Draper, Utah 84020, United States
Duration: 6 months with potential to extend
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point-of-contact for HR inquiries with a focus on delivering empathetic, high-quality service.
  • Execute complex HR tasks under general supervision within assigned functions.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and service portals; identify solutions and provide accurate HR information.
  • Manage the end-to-end case lifecycle including escalation and follow-up.
  • Utilize process documentation and HR systems to efficiently complete operational tasks.
  • Identify recurring issues or trends and provide insights for continuous improvement in HR services.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of HR knowledge base and case management content.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or a shared services environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Familiarity with case management systems (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to service excellence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and high workload volumes
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, policies, and employment legislation
  • Ability to interact with employees and management at all levels
  • Customer-focused mindset with an ability to deliver a positive employee experience
