Our Fortune 500 Lifesciences client is seeking an HR Representative for a long term contract opportunity. This role is onsite in Draper, UT.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point-of-contact for HR inquiries with a focus on delivering empathetic, high-quality service.
- Execute complex HR tasks under general supervision within assigned functions.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and service portals; identify solutions and provide accurate HR information.
- Manage the end-to-end case lifecycle including escalation and follow-up.
- Utilize process documentation and HR systems to efficiently complete operational tasks.
- Identify recurring issues or trends and provide insights for continuous improvement in HR services.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of HR knowledge base and case management content.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or a shared services environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Familiarity with case management systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- High attention to detail with a commitment to service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and high workload volumes
- Strong understanding of HR systems, policies, and employment legislation
- Ability to interact with employees and management at all levels
- Customer-focused mindset with an ability to deliver a positive employee experience
