Contract Duration: 6 Months, 100% Remote role

Executive Assistant: Role & Responsibilities
Traits of a successful Executive Assistant:
- 10+ years’ experience as EA to SVP or C-Level Executives at a global IT company and aspires to grow
- Demonstrated expertise as EA and/or Chief of Staff
- Friendly, high-performing professional who is exceptionally well organized
- Is discreet and professional mature in keeping confidential, sensitive, and HR-related information confidential—not to be discussed amongst other employees

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly agile & adaptable: Comfortably agile, able to pivot and prioritized as needed in a changing, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Support the CPO with complex calendaring, domestic and international travel, offsite planning, all hands meetings, agenda preparation, and ad-hoc projects.
- Travel Scheduling & Management
- Books travel in timely manner and in correct time zone
- Documents SVP preferences re: hotels, car service, airlines, flight times and seat preferences—and books accordingly
