Our client, a nationally recognized and award-winning company in the health insurance vertical, has a contract to hire opening for a IT Governance Analyst. They have over 4 million customers and 5,000+ employees dedicated to providing innovative solutions that simplify the healthcare system, improve efficiency and outcomes while reducing costs.
Location: ** While the position is Remote, work from home, you must reside in North Carolina or one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

What You Will Be Doing
Process Flow Charts:
Develop and maintain detailed process flow charts to visualize and improve business processes.
Collaborate with various departments to understand and document workflows.
Metrics and Dashboards:
Create and manage metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Risk Assessment:
Conduct risk assessments against published standards and policies to ensure compliance.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Vendor Analysis and Risk Assessment:
Evaluate and assess the risks associated with vendors and third-party service providers.
Develop and implement vendor risk management strategies.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of processes, assessments, frequently asked questions (FAQs), knowledge articles etc.
Ensure all documentation is easily accessible and organized.

- Interest and aptitude to work in a dynamic and fast paced field of emerging technology and AI
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvements
- Experience with risk assessment and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
- Work well within teams, Follow instructions and work within the overall guidance of the AI Governance team
- Agility and flexible to manage conflicting priorities
- Willingness to learn and upskill on new concepts
- Experience working with Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Suite
