Job Description:
Our client, a leading SaaS in Business and Tax Tools, is
looking for a North America Benefits Administrator for a 6 month contract.
This is a 100% remote role for 20 hours per week. East Coast hours preferred.
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized North America Benefits Administrator (U.S. & Canada) to manage the planning and administration of our client’s employee benefit programs. As a Benefits Administrator, you will collaborate closely with our benefits team to ensure the seamless processing of benefits for our employees.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life/disability, commuter, PTO, 401(k)), stay updated with relevant laws and regulations, and possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Meticulous record-keeping, collaboration with various departments and external service providers, and the ability to analyze and improve benefit programs are key attributes of a successful Benefits Administrator.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Remote role: 100% remote work – preferably from East Coast

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as a benefits administrator or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of relevant U.S. policies and regulations.
- Working knowledge of relevant Canada policies and regulations
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canada benefit and absence plans
- Workday experience

What You Will Be Doing:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims, to ensure timely and accurate administration.
- First POC for Service-now benefit questions (excluding leaves)
- Support Open Enrollment Activities
- Address benefit-related issues, queries, and requests from employees, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- Workday Benefits Administration
- Review integration files and discrepancy reports from carriers
- Benefit verifications
- Auditing
- QLE process
- EOI process
