Senior IT Support

This role is designed for an experienced IT professional who can balance technical depth with operational clarity. As the Senior IT Support Engineer in Dyersburg, TN, you will take responsibility for maintaining core systems while implementing asset management and lifecycle processes that bring structure and reliability to the organization’s IT operations.

The position is hybrid, with three days on-site and two days remote, and offers the opportunity to guide upgrades, support critical infrastructure, and ensure continuity across multiple locations. With a six-month contract path, the role provides both immediate responsibilities and a long-term horizon for impact.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with Active Directory and Windows administration

  • Proven background in asset management and lifecycle implementation

  • Proficiency with Azure and Windows 10 to 11 upgrades

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with IT support in multi-site environments

  • Experience coordinating occasional travel for system support or rollout projects

  • Ability to document and standardize IT processes for future scalability

Daily Responsibilities
  • Hands-On IT Support & Infrastructure Management: 65%

  • Asset Lifecycle Oversight & Process Implementation: 35%
