Order Support Coordinator (Entry-Level, Contract)

Duration: Up to 8-month temporary contract (not temp-to-perm)
Schedule: Full-time, occasional overtime
About the role
We are assisting a global supply chain team of a leading toy manufacturer with finding a customer-focused associate. This is an office-based support role — not a warehouse or packing job. You’ll help Sales Managers and retail accounts by entering and updating order data, tracking shipments, and making sure orders move smoothly from purchase to delivery.
What you’ll do

• Enter and update purchase orders, pricing, and product details
• Track orders and shipments; share status updates with Sales and customers
• Monitor order processing and help resolve delays or issues
• Maintain customer and account information in systems
• Coordinate with distribution centers on shipment timing
• Support special or promotional orders to ensure on-time delivery

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year in customer service, helpdesk, order processing, or similar support role
• Comfortable with data entry and working in multiple systems
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Basic Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills
• Associate’s degree in business or similar experience preferred
• Any exposure to purchase orders, shipments, or EDI is a plus
