Field Service Technician

Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 3-month contract in Elk Grove, CA 95624.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Required Skills & Experience

• Associate's degree or its equivalent
• 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Active driver's license.
• Good admin and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of printers, laptops, desktops, servers, and networks.

• Good customer focus, meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s).
• A+ certification

What You Will Be Doing

• Travel to each client’s location.
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktops, Laptops, Servers, and Printers. Works under general supervision.
• Local travel required for daily dispatch.
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders, and replaces parts as needed.
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
