- Implements creative analytical approaches by defining metrics, calculating and validating algorithms, and conducting diverse analyses (descriptive, inferential etc)
- Develops and automates reporting solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, producing insightful dashboards, visualizations, and accompanying documentation.
- Systematically gathers, validates, merges, and extracts data from multiple sources while ensuring quality and accuracy, consolidating and cleaning data sets, and recommending process improvements.
- Develops, tests, and refines analytical/statistical models to drive actionable business insights and measure impact.
- Actively participates in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing by reviewing requirements, identifying test scenarios, validating outputs, and resolving issues to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Translates analytical findings into compelling reports and presentations, providing context on data interpretations and limitations to inform stakeholder decisions.
- Engages with clients to clarify business needs, define measurable outcomes, and produce detailed documentation that guides analysis, data collection, and solution implementation.
- Completes assignments and supports projects by developing actionable work plans that meet priorities and deadlines, ensuring adherence to established procedures and escalating high-priority issues as needed.
- Manages medium-complexity projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations while balancing multiple priorities.
- Proactively develops self and supports colleagues by sharing resources, expertise, and feedback, building strong cross-functional relationships, and adapting to change.
