When not out in the field, you’ll provide vital support to the service desk, tackling challenges like desktop support, software troubleshooting, internet connectivity issues, and managing Active Directory and Azure Office 365. Required Skills & Experience
- Must provide your own car and drive yourself to destinations.
- Tier 1 and 2 support including for O365 & AD.
- Must have Windows. Strong preference for Mac too.
- Networking fundamentals such as LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches, TCP/IP, etc.
- Experience imaging laptops, supporting A/V, and supporting cell phones.
- Pass Background check
- Starlink
- Mac Support
- Switches and Networking
Daily Responsibilities
- Resolve approximately 10 IT support tickets daily.
- Image and configure computers for end users.
- Set up and troubleshoot audio/visual equipment.
- Provide support for cell phones, including potential mobile device management (MDM).
- Collaborate with the networking team as they transition from Meraki to Fortigate.
