A leading whole sale company is looking for a Software Engineer to join their Application Development team, supporting critical enterprise systems across multiple business domains. This role is primarily backend-focused, with some frontend modification work, and will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing systems following a major ERP modernization to C# and .NET 6+.
You will work on core business areas including Finance/HR/ Logistics, Marketing, and Sales. The ideal candidate is a strong C# engineer who enjoys working in complex, enterprise-scale environments and collaborating across teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and enterprise applications using C# and .NET 6+ (approximately 90% of development work).
- Support and enhance systems following a large-scale ERP migration and modernization.
- Modify and maintain existing frontend components using JavaScript, React, and TypeScript (approximately 10% of development work).
- Develop and maintain integrations using Azure services, including Azure DevOps, Cosmos DB, and Service Bus.
- Work with Kafka for message streaming and event processing (modifying existing implementations; not greenfield development).
- Build and optimize data access layers using SQL Server, MySQL, and SQLite.
- Maintain and extend applications leveraging SharePoint 2013+.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver features aligned with business goals.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure maintainable, secure, and high-quality code.

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000
