Our client, which is growing start up in the agricultural space, is looking for an IT Support Technician. This company works with farmers and ranchers, helping with introducing software platforms and tools to help with monitoring crucial weather conditions for their livestock and crops. This helps with making sure that their livestock has the necessary water/feed, and their crops are getting the necessary water/sunlight.

This is a role that will be customer facing. You will be helping new customers with their installation, as their products are self-installed! You will then help them with making sure that their tools and gauges are working properly, providing them with the walk through of necessary tweaks and fine-tuning. Additionally, you be helping existing customers with any application support needs and general troubleshooting too.

From a technical perspective, they are looking for someone who is knowledgeable on the Windows side and can help with application support. Additionally, any electrical engineering skills would be a bonus as there will be some aspects where you will be helping the customer with minor electrical troubleshooting.

This is a full-time role; salary will be around $70-80K. Our client is in-office Monday-Friday, providing flexible work schedules. It will be onsite in their Fort Worth office, which is their US headquarters.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 4-8+ years of IT experience – IT support, electrical engineering, etc.
  • Strong understanding of IT and application support.
  • Background with Windows, Confluence, JIRA.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication and written skills, as this will be a highly collaborative role.
