This established startup is seeking a Tech Support professional to join their team. They’ve developed a platform designed for the agricultural industry, helping farmers and ranchers monitor water levels for their livestock. The technology supports tools like water trough sensors, rain gauges, and pump control systems.
They’re seeking someone with a blend of application and hardware support experience for a customer-facing role, primarily providing phone-based assistance. You’ll guide ranchers and farmers through self-installing hardware components, then remotely help configure their platform to ensure everything is functioning properly.
Ideally, candidates should have a solid background with Microsoft tools such as Windows, Teams, and JIRA. Any experience with electrical engineering is a strong plus, as some aspects of the role will involve basic electrical work—though training will be provided.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $70–80K. The role is based onsite at their Fort Worth office, which serves as their U.S. headquarters. The team works Monday through Friday and offers flexible scheduling within those days.

- 4–8+ years of experience in IT support, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Solid understanding of both IT and application support
- Proficiency with Windows, Confluence, and JIRA
- Excellent communication and writing skills; this is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role
