Fort Worth, TX company is seeking a Analyst, Digital Product Owner to join their team for a contract opportunity (contract to hire).

Leverage the latest technology to solve business problems in a collaborative environment at this Fortune 500 transportation giant. Top technical resources are retained on long-term contract engagements.
Responsible for leveraging cutting edge technology to solve business problems by participating in all phases of the development process from inception through transition, advocating the agile process and test-driven development, using object-oriented development tools to analyze, model, design, construct and test reusable objects, and making the codebase better.

Contract Duration: 3 - 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience with Adobe products, or similar analytics tools, preferably in implementation capacity.
  • Experience managing analytic and/or development projects.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with SQL and JavaScript is a plus.
  • MS in Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with analytics tools including Adobe Analytics/Tealium/Celebrus
  • Experience with iOS and Android SDK’s
  • Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON.
  • Experience with Agile development and associated ceremonies.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities/projects on strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
  • The ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders and convey technical information in a clear and engaging way.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tag Management System (Tealium), and Celebrus)
  • Collaborate with our technology teams to add, update, and verify implementation of analytics tracking on mobile app, client’s website and kiosk.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and data validation, identify data collection issues, and perform duties of Adobe Analytics administrator, including SAINT classifications, managing shared dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Digital Customer Experience Product Owners and our technology teams to define and implement requirements for reporting on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive strategic decision-making and customer experience improvements.
  • Maintains detailed documentation of analytics tools and measurement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer experience that increase conversion or drive revenue improvement; use data to communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Establish best practices for data collection and data quality on the online channels, configuring analytics technology, and interpreting data.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business goals needs and develop viable solutions tracking requirements.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to develop reporting strategies and ensure data is being collected properly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with design, QA, development and data resources for implementation and testing.
