Bilingual Reconciliation and Reporting Analyst

Grow your career as a Bilingual Reconciliation and Reporting Analyst with an innovative global bank in Fountain Valley, CA. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will build and implement reconciliation and reporting tools for multiple projects including US Account Bank transaction onboarding and Latin American application migrations. Required Skills & Experience

• BS degree in Finance or a similar quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python.
• Strong command of conversational and written Spanish.
• Must be highly competent with Excel.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Advanced degree in Finance or a similar quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 2 years in banking/finance experience. Experience in banking or debt capital markets industry.
• Proficiency in VBA.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with the LATAM EUC Remediation and template setup project.
• Assist with the ABS, CAT Bond, and RMBS migration projects.
• Assist with design and development of various Excel and python-based models to create prototype solutions to redesign and automate existing processes.
• Test models, data and related reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Create reconciliation and validation tools for structured finance transactions utilizing Python.
