This company is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Computer Vision Hardware Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing mechanical functions to an existing facility. This role requires expertise in sensor installation, pc-based vision systems, and working with applications that interface with camera hardware. The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer science or engineering, hands-on experience with vision system development, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.


Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience designing mechanical functions in a manufacturing environment / brackets / mounts / cameras
  • Experience with schematics / SolidWorks
  • Experience working with PS vision engineers / contractors
  • Experience in custom work development
  • Experience in senor management
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware in the field
  • Management of facility staff and contractors
Daily Responsibilities
  • 50% travel requirement / EST / CST time zones
  • 100% cross-collaboration with other teams in the IT department
