Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis and project management roles, specifically within the Data domain
  • Strong Operations experience in a large global bank or financial services
  • Extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
  • Experience gathering user requirements, functional documentation, and business requirement documents
  • Familiarity with reference data and accounts data in a back-office context
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Tableau dashboards
  • Ability to rationalize and work through organizational change
  • Experience in designing business process models and solutioning to support strategic design decision
  • Proven track record in terms of evaluating process performance across key metrics and envisioning ways to reengineer the process to create significant improvement across all key variables
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across business, operations, technology and compliance, including those at senior levels
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
  • Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting need
What You Will Be Doing
  • Hands-on project management and analysis related to multiple strategic work efforts across Data & Regulatory Operations.
  • Coordinate with internal front office and back office systems managing reference and accounts data.
  • Use project management to oversee the establishment of the new utility, ensuring all aspects are on track and on schedule.
  • Create, maintain full end to end operations project and ensure sign-off of project plan, charter, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
  • Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions
  • Engage global stakeholders across product and functional domains to drive transformative changes.
  • Review use cases and manage work streams across geographies for Data & Regulatory Operations for process improvement, strategic technology solutions and automation and Change Management.
  • Apply knowledge of Data concepts and procedures to resolve issues and complete required analysis.
  • Provide implementation / post-implementation project support.
  • Identify data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.
  • Recommend actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies.
  • Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
