A leading force in the automotive aftermarket industry is seeking an IT Service Desk Level 2 professional for their Hodgkins, IL location. This is a full-time position focused on Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows/MacOS support technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years of IT Help Desk experience
  • Bachelor's of Computer Science or related degree
  • Deep Active Directory knowledge (user provisioning, password resets, distribution lists)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud-based applications (SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, Entra)
  • Expert-level Windows 11 and macOS support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Network troubleshooting capabilities (LAN, WAN, VPN)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work staggered shifts, after hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to travel between four locations in the South-west Chicago Suburbs
Desired Skills & Experience
  • ITIL and/or Network+ certifications
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Experience with TeamViewer, Adobe products
  • Knowledge of handheld Zebra scanners and label printers
  • Experience with PC refresh projects (Windows 10 to Windows 11)

  • 20% Hardware/Software Troubleshooting
  • 10% Network Connectivity Issues
Daily Responsibilities
  • 70% Hands-on Technical Support (tickets, walkups, calls, emails)
  • 20% User Account Management & System Administration
  • 10% Documentation & Knowledge Base Updates
