Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of IT Help Desk experience
- Bachelor's of Computer Science or related degree
- Deep Active Directory knowledge (user provisioning, password resets, distribution lists)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud-based applications (SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, Entra)
- Expert-level Windows 11 and macOS support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Network troubleshooting capabilities (LAN, WAN, VPN)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work staggered shifts, after hours, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to travel between four locations in the South-west Chicago Suburbs
- ITIL and/or Network+ certifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience with TeamViewer, Adobe products
- Knowledge of handheld Zebra scanners and label printers
- Experience with PC refresh projects (Windows 10 to Windows 11)
