Security Engineer / SIEM

This widely used payment platforms service is looking for a security engineer to join their talented security team. if you go anywhere that does credit card transactions, chances are they’re using this company. If you have an infrastructure background and have been doing security-focused work for the past few years, you’re going to want to apply to this role. It’s a great opportunity to dive head-first into security engineering. This person will mainly be responsible for blue team defensive duties such as vulnerability management, incident response, risk assessments and more. 

Ideal candidates will have a strong infrastructure background and will have been doing security-focused work for a few years now. Blue team experience is a must. PCI experience would be a huge plus but is not required.


Required Skills & Experience 

• 3+ years of professional experience in infrastructure and security role(s)
• Strong skill in blue team security duties is required
  • Vulnerability management
  • Incident response
  • DLP
  • SIEM
• Strong understanding of networks, firewalls, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Risk/compliance experience, especially PCI
