They are currently hiring a Software Developer to join their innovation-focused team in Irving, Texas. Required Skills And Responsibilities
- 2–4 years of experience in Full Stack C#/.NET development
- Proficient in building web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and RESTful APIs
- Frontend development experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks like Angular or React
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, and Key Vault
- Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Familiar with Git-based version control and Azure Repos
- Working knowledge of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), preferably using Azure AD B2C
- Understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
- 2–3 years of experience in the consumer banking or auto finance industry
- Knowledge of financial applications, credit systems, or auto loan servicing processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Comfortable working in Agile or Scrum-based environments
- Experience with unit testing frameworks like xUnit or NUnit
- Familiarity with Entity Framework Core for data access
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Entity Framework Core
- Unit testing with xUnit/NUnit and Moq
- RESTful API design and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
- Agile/Scrum team collaboration using tools like JIRA or Azure Boards
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, especially in Azure AKS)
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure full stack applications using C#/.NET and modern frontend technologies
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support web and mobile application features
- Implement frontend user interfaces with responsive design using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular or React)
- Deploy and manage applications and services in Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Storage solutions
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure smooth and automated deployments
- Implement secure authentication and authorization workflows using Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions like Azure AD B2C
- Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive and user-friendly solutions
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance, and security best practices
- Analyze system requirements and work with business analysts to translate functional specifications into technical tasks
- Debug and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high application uptime
- Ensure applications meet compliance standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in financial services
- Document technical designs, processes, and system configurations clearly and concisely
- Continuously improve development practices, tools, and processes to increase team efficiency and code quality
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest innovations that can enhance application performance or maintainability
