They are looking for a skilled .NET engineer to lead an Agile software development team. They will be tasked with building out a team capable of establishing their Azure infrastructure and developing applications vital to the success of the company.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ Years of professional development experience with C# .NET
- 5+ Years of professional deployment into the Azure cloud
- 3+ Years of experience leading multi-developer projects
- Collaborate with team members to improve development skills and create clean code
- Mentoring Junior Developers with code reviews, bug fixing, tech guidelines, and helping with code
- Establish Azure infrastructure and deployment
- Create code as an individual contributor
- $60-67/hr rate
- Contract to Hire
