A leading provider of security solutions for homes and business is hiring a mid-level Network Engineer. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity. 

They are ideally looking for a Network Engineer having experience in working with Cisco devices, Palo Alto firewalls including Panorama/Prisma, and any F5 load balancing experience. On the cloud side they are looking for any cloud networking experience from AWS, Azure or GCP as they have a mixed backend. In this role you will be responsible for implementing enterprise network technologies across a hybrid footprint. 

This is a hybrid role, with 1-3 days onsite as needed, located in Irving, TX.

Contract Duration: 6 months, contract to hire 

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years in IT network engineering roles, including LAN, wireless, WAN, SD-WAN, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Engineering network solutions utilizing Cisco, Palo Alto, and F5 load balancing
  • Hands-on experience with deploying and managing enterprise-grade network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and VLAN configurations.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • CCNA, CCNP or Cloud certification.
  • Palo Alto certification.
