Technical Business Analyst

Grow your career as a Technical Business Analyst with an innovative global bank in Irving, TX. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite per week.

Will contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of Generative AI use cases, POCs and Projects and other measures to gain insight and drive appropriate reporting and governance. Contract Duration: 4.5+ Months
Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree/University degree.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Able to analyze processes and data, create consistent processes and insights, reporting, etc.
• Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools.
• Proven diplomatic and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Master's degree.
• GenAI experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Analyze existing GenAI related use case in various stages of approval to identify patterns and adequacy of approvals and reporting.
• Manage multiple work streams for GenAI projects and proof of concepts across all lines of businesses.
• Contribute to formulation of strategies/processes for GenAI adoption.
• Contribute to the development of governance processes.
• Develop communication to guide, influence and convince others, including colleagues in other areas to adopt consistent processes.
• Provide advice and counsel related to the process or operations, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources.
