We are looking for an experienced Software Support professional to join our team. You will be leading an offshore team to manage tickets and handle troubleshooting issues. Responsibilities include:

- Offshore team collaboration
- Collaborating with users to understand issues
- Maintenance & upgrade for legacy software applications (primarily PHP v 7/8 and Laravel)

- 4+ years of Software development in PHP (v. 7/8) and/or Laravel
- Prior experience in software support/ticketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or similar
- Core knowledge of cloud (Azure) and front-end (Angular/JavaScript/HTML/CSS) technologies
- 60% Software Support
