Senior Full Stack Developer

Grow your career as a Senior Full-Stack Java Developer with an innovative global bank in Jersey City, NJ. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Required Skills & Experience

• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Application, Data Science.
• 7+ years of hands-on Java coding and implementation experience.
• Experience in Web Development, Kendo UI, Micro front-end frameworks.
• Enterprise scale application design and architecture experience.
• Angular or React
• API and Microservices
• Java, .Net or Python
• SQL Server and Elasticsearch
• Bitbucket and CI/CD
• Highly motivated, self-starting individual willing to work in a dynamic work environment.
• Work under pressure, manage conflicts and challenges.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Financial Services or Banking experience.

   

What You Will Be Doing

• Work on a cutting-edge web platform
• Hands-on development of Web Application front-end, API and database programs.
• Implement application integrations working with other technology teams.
• Work with offshore teams and deliver collectively.
• Ensure application functions correctly and code meets development standards.
• Follow application development standards and processes and establish end to end traceability of changes.
• Will perform Coding, Unit Test, Code Reviews and Release changes.
• Deliver high quality work and consistently meet requirements and standards, plans and prioritizes.
• Takes ownership to resolve difficult issues, even when not clearly within own area of responsibility.
• Communicate and work closely with peer developers of global team.
