VP of DevOps & Infrastructure Engineering
As the VP of DevOps & Infrastructure Engineering, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that the infrastructure is efficient, scalable, and secure. You will manage the design, implementation, and optimization of their cloud platform across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, while building cutting-edge solutions for a wide range of customer deployments. Your leadership will ensure their systems run smoothly, driving performance, automation, and observability.
This position offers a hybrid work model based in either Jersey City or Hoboken, with plans to secure a permanent office in one of these locations within the next few months. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee product systems analysis, programming, and DevOps best practices implementation.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of DevOps and Infrastructure professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technology leaders to enhance operational efficiency.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines, improve system observability, and automate deployments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps/DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure management in large, complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of N-tier architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in networking, security best practices, and cloud architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
- Proven leadership skills managing global teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills under time-sensitive conditions.
