Senior Network Engineer/F5 Load Balancing

A growing security company is looking to hire a Senior Network Engineer to manage, build, and deploy their hybrid on prem and cloud network. They are looking for someone with core route/switch configuration experience, strong firewall deployment skills and expertise in VLANs. Any Cloud experience specifically in AWS, Azure or GCP is highly desired. This role is project based and will involve upgrades, builds, implementations, and deployments. This role is a contract to hire opportunity near Bucks County, PA.

Candidates must be local to Pennsylvania or New Jersey. This opportunity is a great option for experienced network engineer candidates who value a work-life balance and stability within a company.

Contract Duration: 3 – 6 Months Contract to Hire
Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to design, implement, and manage cloud and on prem networks
• Ability to configure, deploy, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and SDWAN network solutions
• Experience using Cisco Meraki environment
• Knowledge of Cisco switches and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• Skilled with AWS or Azure (GCP cloud experience is a plus)
• Must have F5 load balancing experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
• CCNA, CCNP and Cloud certification
• Palo Alto certification

Desired Skills & Experience

• Good communication skills
• Experienced in project work such as integrations, upgrades, designs, and migrations
