This opportunity is for a InfoSec Director to lead, build, and evolve the strategy that protects the platform, clients, and partners across some of the most essential sectors in modern society. This isn’t abstract security work—it’s mission-critical defense for organizations where failure is not an option.

As the head of our security program, you’ll take ownership of risk posture, compliance frameworks, cloud security architecture, and security-first culture. You’ll ensure our AI-powered solutions for operational resilience are built on trust—and deliver real-world reliability to organizations who can’t afford downtime. This is a hybrid role in Kitchener.

Required Skills & Experience

• Define and drive a comprehensive information security strategy aligned to industry risk

• Lead compliance efforts (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and support customer audits and assessments
  
  Manage security tooling: VPN, SIEM, DLP, EDR, MFA, and more
  
  10+ years in InfoSec, with experience securing cloud-native SaaS platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  
  Comfortable working with stakeholders across utilities, public infrastructure, or regulated sectors

• Desired Skills and Experience
• Bonus: relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM)
• Previous SecOps Director/Senior Manager-titled role
