We are working with a logistics provider for e-commerce brands. Right now, they are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their team and provide technical support for their Nevada office. This will be a contract to hire opportunity.

In this role, you will be this office’s main point of contact for all their IT needs. You will be responsible for hardware support and set up, responding to and resolving tickets, and provisioning laptops for new users. They are a Windows and Mac shop, so having experience supporting Windows environments and Mac laptops is ideal. This is a client facing role, so being comfortable with desk side support and communicating with end users is required.

This is a full-time contract to hire opportunity. It is fully onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience doing tier 1 through 3 support, utilizing ticketing systems (ideally Asana).
  • Experience in a client facing IT support role, working directly with end users.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac based support.
  • Experience doing hardware support and set up.
  • Ability to reimage and provision Mac laptops for new users.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelors or masters in related field and/or related certifications.
  • Experience with network support (Cisco preferred).
  • 2+ years in a support role.
