A Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Las Vegas, is seeking a talented and experienced IT Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. They specialize in providing comprehensive IT solutions to a diverse range of clients, delivering both remote and onsite support. If you have a proven track record in managing Active Directory, Office 365, various ticketing systems, hardware installations, ISP support, and configuring networks through SolarWinds and Cisco Meraki, this role could be very well aligned.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in managing Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
  • Proficiency in setting up workstations, peripherals, and other hardware components.
  • Familiarity with various ticketing systems for efficient issue resolution.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in providing ISP support.
  • Expertise in configuring and maintaining networks, LAN/WAN, using SolarWinds and Cisco Meraki.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise technical guidance.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are a plus.
