Required Skills & Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in Systems Administration.
  • Proficiency with Windows computers, Apple iPads, and Local Area Networks.
  • Expertise in Windows Server and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to train users on Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong customer service skills and a desire to learn new business applications quickly.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with dealership applications (CDK DMS system, manufacturer systems, etc.).
  • Knowledge of managing system logs and activity on print/file servers.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting and hardware recommendations.
