Senior Data Engineer - Startup Experience

Over the past decade, we’ve grown into a massive producer of social media ads through a focus on data-driven results and a unique pay for performance model. We have expanded significantly with a large team, substantial ad spends, and key partnerships with Meta, TikTok and other platforms. Our clients value our honest approach, leading to high retention and growth through word-of-mouth. Moving forward, we plan to use AI advancements to transform our business into a self-service SaaS platform for agencies and in-house teams.

We are looking for Senior Data Engineer with 5 years of experience who can build and take ownership of pipelines that move data from business systems, ad platforms, and AdTech software. You will be writing code primarily in SQL & Python and helping implement streaming data architecture using tools like Kafka, Airbyte, and Snowflake. You will help choose tech tools wisely, ensure data quality, collaborate to build effective data solutions, support self-service, troubleshoot data issues, and staying updated on data engineering trends for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong preference for Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.
  • Exp. developing ETL pipelines for internal business systems
  • 4 – 7 years of experience in engineering / data engineering
  • Exp. Python & SQL
  • Exp. building batch and streaming data pipelines
Preferred Experience
  • Exp. with Ad Platform APIs
  • Working knowledge of LLM / ML-ops tooling
