We are seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of a cutting-edge data infrastructure. This role is critical in scaling and evolving enterprise data platforms to support advanced analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, leadership in data engineering practices, and a passion for solving complex challenges at scale.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on designing and managing enterprise-grade data platforms.
- Advanced expertise in Python for building and managing complex data workflows and infrastructure.
- Extensive experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for modular and efficient data transformations.
- Deep proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), managing cloud-native data ecosystems.
- Mastery of Snowflake, including schema design, query optimization, and advanced warehouse configurations.
- Expertise in distributed data processing frameworks and real-time data solutions.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database performance tuning.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable data architectures to support high-volume, high-velocity data processing.
- Leadership in implementing CI/CD practices and automation pipelines for data engineering workflows.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with modern data architectures such as data lakes, data mesh, or lakehouse models.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Prefect to manage complex workflows.
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their integration with data platforms.
- Experience with implementing data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration.
