Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who will design, build, and maintain web applications and internal tools. You’ll work across backend and frontend code, integrate with data systems, and help scale engineering best practices. Your work will directly support product, operations, and cross?functional teams to enable business growth.
Key Responsibilities-
Architect, develop, and maintain web applications and internal tools (frontend + backend)

Build and evolve RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with external systems

Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into tech solutions

Ensure high performance, scalability, reliability, and security across the stack

Mentor junior engineers, contribute to code reviews, and promote engineering best practices

Troubleshoot production issues, monitor system health, and optimize as needed

Stay current with technology trends, propose new tools / frameworks / processes

5+ years experience as a full stack engineer (or equivalent)

Proficiency with modern frontend JS frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (e.g. Node.js, Python, Ruby, Go)

Strong experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL), REST APIs, and server-side architecture

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and serverless / containerization (e.g. AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)

Deep understanding of performance optimization, security best practices, and scalable system design

Excellent communication skills; ability to partner with non?engineering teams

Experience mentoring or leading within engineering teams

Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering, or equivalent experience (or equivalent professional track)
