Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of backend experience
• Proven experience architecting and communicating enterprise-level systems
• Strong understanding with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with Aurora, PostgreSQL, Redshift and Mats.io
• Startup culture/mentality, ale to thrive in fast-moving environment (gaming/fintech)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field
