A global tech-driven organization in hiring a hybrid Application Security Engineer on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. This role is based in Dallas or Atlanta and offers a flexible hybrid setup. You’ll help secure modern cloud applications running across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

This is a hands-on opportunity to shape security in a fast-moving product environment. You’ll lead threat modeling, code reviews, and guide secure development across global teams. Contract Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years in software development environments
  • 1–2 years focused on application security
  • Experience with static/manual code review and threat modeling
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Understanding of secure SDLC and security automation
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Exposure to DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
  •  Familiarity with containers or serverless architectures
  • Security or cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Security, CSSLP)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
