We are hiring a Software Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of complex, cloud-native software solutions for a fast-paced, modern engineering organization. This will be working on a new product within an established organization. You’ll be setting technical direction while contributing code at a senior level. Required Skills & Experience

· 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
· Strong proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS-based architectures
· Hands-on experience with serverless and event-driven systems
· Proven ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems
· Experience leading delivery in Agile development environments
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with stakeholders
· Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern DevOps practices
