Required Skills & Experience
· 2+ years of professional software design experience
· Programming expertise in Rust, Go, C++, or Python
· Background with AI/ML model training, deployment, and RAG-based systems
· Hands-on work across APIs, infrastructure, and real-time systems
· Strong GitHub/open-source code portfolio with recent activity
· Startup mentality and adaptability to varied tasks
· Ability to work full-time, in-person in Santa Monica, CA

 

Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience in AI legal tech, NLP, or similar industries
· Prior startup/hands-on engineering background
· Excellent communication and technical judgment
