We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with adtech experience. This role will focus on building and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring the smooth processing of large-scale datasets related to digital advertising campaigns, user behavior, and targeting strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurately collected, transformed, and stored for analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate has experience working in the adtech industry, understands the complexities of real-time bidding (RTB) systems, and has expertise with data infrastructure that powers digital advertising platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on adtech or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for building data pipelines.
  • Experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS (Redshift, S3, EMR), GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow), or Azure (Synapse).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with ETL tools like Airflow, Talend, or AWS Glue.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark and Hadoop.
  • Understanding of the adtech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and RTB systems.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with advertising data, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and campaign analytics.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and analytics in adtech environments.
  • Familiarity with attribution models, audience segmentation, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience with data governance and ensuring data accuracy in fast-paced environments.
